Air Condition Condenser Service, Installation, & Replacement
The Condenser is the outdoor unit to the system, and it works together with the compressor. In a cooling process, the compressor pressurizes the refrigerant into a hot liquid, and in a heating process it would be the opposite, with the refrigerant turning cold. As the refrigerant journeys into the condenser, and thru its many coils, the heat from the liquid escapes out of the condensers fins and by the time the liquid gets to the end of the coils it is a lot cooler, but it is still highly pressurized. This liquid leaves the condenser thru a valve with a small diameter as mist, it then turns into a gas when it starts going into the evaporator coil, which then gets cooled by the evaporator coil and blown out by the fan into the ducted area.
Heating Furnace Service, Installation & Replacement
Think of your furnace as the heart of your home. In the winter, it’s essential to radiating warmth. During the summer, it plays a vital role in moving refreshing, conditioned air from your cooling system. And all year long, your furnace could provide constant air circulation to keep you more comfortable. Not only that, but many of our furnaces do it all so efficiently your own heart might skip a beat when you see how low your utility bill is.
Air Handlers and Cooling Coils
Air handlers work in conjunction with the outdoor air conditioning or heat pump units to offer cooling or heating for the home. The air Handler is made up of several components such as the evaporator coil and blower motor. The air handler distributes the air thru the ducts of the home via its supply. The return section of the air handler cycles the air into the air handler and makes it cold or hot. Once the temperature reaches the desired level set by the thermostat, the systems cycle for heating or cooling is complete.
Package Unit Installation and Replacement
A package unit is the all-in-one heating and cooling system for homes that don't have a lot of room indoors for either a furnace and coil, or an air handler. Package units will contain all of their parts in one outdoor unit that sits on either the roof or to the side of your home or building. Yypically, a packaged unit is used in the Southeast or in manufactured homes – areas and homes that don’t typically have crawlspaces or basements. However, they can be a good option for any home with the right ductwork.
